When is the effective date of my renewed license once I renew the license online?

Your renewed license will be effective according to the expiry date as stated on the current license. You may also check your expiry date by following this link and enter your IC number:

What Vehicles Classes do you offer for the License Renewal?

The common classes we process are D Class (for car) and B Classes (motorcycles). We also offer all Vehicle Classes Renewal from JPJ.

Currently I own a Probation Driving License. Can I renew my driving license at MyEG?

For PDL holders, the license must be referred back to JPJ. MyEG only caters the renewal of Driving License services.

Can I apply for International License with MyEG Services?

International Licenses can only be renewed with JPJ. Please proceed to your nearest JPJ Office for this renewal process.

How do I get the renewal slip?

There are 3 methods in obtaining the renewal slip:
o Delivered to your address
o Collection at our e-services centers
o Loading the renewed license information in MyKad

How long does it take to get the renewal slip if I choose the Delivery method?

The Renewal Slip will be delivered to your address within 5 working days.

If I click on the “Do Not Require Renewal Slip” on the Collection Method, how can others know that I have renewed my license?

How do I make payment for the online Driving License Renewal?

There are 3 ways to make the payment:
o Credit Card
o FPX (Direct deduction from your bank account )
o E-Cash accounts (Driving Institutes only).

What is the longest renewal period I can do with MyEG Services?

The maximum renewal period to renew your license is 5 years.

Please there will be a RM2.00 imposed for e-services charges and additional delivery charge is levied should you choose to have the Driving License renewal slip being delivered to you.

Depending on the location of where you are the delivery rate is as follows:

Klang Valley : RM 5.00
Peninsular Malaysia : RM 6.00
Sabah & Sarawak : RM 10.00

How do I renew my license using MyEG Services?

· Visit www.myeg.com.my and click Driving License Renewal link located at the top right of the webpage

· Fill in all the details in the relevant fields.

· Select your collection method and your mode of payment. · Click [Submit]

· Fill in your payment details

· Once the transaction is successful, you will be issued a receipt. · Please print this receipt for your reference.

Do I have to submit any photographs to renew the license online?

No. We do not require any photographs to be accompanied with the slip. The slip produced will be the same as you can obtain from the Post Office.

I tried to renew my license today because my license has expired today, but I can’t proceed for the renewal. Why?

We advise you to renew before of after the expiry date but NOT on your expiry date. This is because JPJ updates all expired licenses daily and your request will be rejected for renewal.

I haven’t renewed my license for 4 years and I plan to renew my license with MyEG Services. Can I proceed with the renewal?

If you have not renewed your license for more than 3 years, you need to re-apply your license at JPJ. Please click this link to go to JPJ’s eRayuan Lesen:
