ISV Cloud
Join our MSC Malaysia Cloud Initiative (MMCI) under your preferred Cloud Technology Partners to accelerate the transition to cloud with infrastructure and platform support, go-to-market assistance, comprehensive training, POCs, and hands-on assistance.
Under this programme, MDeC has appointed 5 and more technology partners to offer customized packages of cloud hosting subscription, training and go to market incentives worth RM30,000 and more.

Program & Incentive
Target at MSC Malaysia Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), MDeC offers 2 ISV programs with packages of cloud hosting subscription, training and/or go to market incentives worth RM30,000 or more.
Cloud On-Boarding Program
o A program to quicken the transition to cloud with comprehensive training, trials, POCs and hands-on assistance
o Program to guide ISV on transitioning to SaaS model
o Access to training, support, testing and Proof-of- Concepts
Cloud Acceleration Program
o A program designed to accelerate and sustain the deployment of SaaS to the market
o Reduce initial deployment costs of cloud-based Solutions implementation
o High-value Packaged offerings for Computing Power, Storage, Bandwidth, Training and Promotion negotiated by MDeC
· Participate in Go-to-market programs with Partners
· Targeted at MSC Malaysia Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
· Interested ISVs are encouraged to contact each Partner to determine the best package for their business.

Eligibility
The company needs to fulfill the following eligibility criteria as at the date of this application
and hereby warrants that the company shall continue to meet the same at all times throughout the period that the Grant, if granted, is being made available to a Company:
· Incorporated in Malaysia;
· MSC Malaysia Status company;
· Not the subject of a winding up order
· More than 50% of legal and beneficial ownership of the Company vested in Malaysian(s);
· Completed SCORE + Exercise
· Completed AQIR
· Registered with official MDeC Cloud-On-Boarding Programme partner or subscribed to MDeC SaaS-Acceleration Programme partners after 1 September 2011
· The Software Solutions applied for incentive must be a product within the applicant's MSC Malaysia approved activities.

SME Cloud
SME Cloud Computing Adoption Programme is a programme under Digital Malaysia (DM), Shared Cloud Enterprise Services (SCES) project.
The project aims to accelerate the adoption of cloud computing solutions among local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and to elevate the competitiveness and efficiency of local SMEs in doing business.
Incentives
o SME Cloud Adoption Programme provides incentive to SMEs for subscription of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, offered by approved *Cloud Solution Provider.
o The incentive is in the form of a reimbursement basis, in which SMEs can claim up to RM750.00 from the total cloud subscription fee.
o The application must be submitted online via Application Management System (APMS) which was activated on 3rd March and will be available until 12th December 2014.
Eligibility
o Businesses established as an entity and qualify under the *SME Definition 2014; and
o SMEs registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia or Registrar of Business; and
o SMEs must have valid company bank account; and
o SMEs must not have made claims under this programme; and
o SMEs must be at least 6 months in operations; and
o SMEs must commence subscription from 1 January 2014 - 31 December 2014.
o *SME Definition 2014:
Manufacturing sector, sales turnover not exceeding RM50 million OR has full-time employees not exceeding 200 workers.
Services and other sectors, sales turnover not exceeding RM20 million OR has full-time employees not exceeding 75 workers.

The application must be submitted online via Application Management System (APMS) which was activated on 3rdMarch until 12th December 2014.
For ISVs:
Currently, you are not assigned login to the application and you are unable to access your SME list.
If you wish to apply on behalf of your SME, please sign up using the left menu (separately for each SMEs).
